Iberia - National Borders

Description
Connect the coasts with this new Iberia map!
Sunny seas surround the Iberian peninsula, but infrastructure is needed to connect areas both regionally and internationally! Instead of bridges and tunnels, this map limits the number of international border crossings you can create.

Contains Three Achievements:
Vamos! - Deliver 1500 passengers across Iberia.
Are we lost? - Score 1200 points only using loops.
Scheng-when? - Reach Week Nine using border crossings on no more than one line.

wich tool would you recomend me to create a map?

Hi @first_certificated, to upload the map to the workshop, you can select a red 'upload' button when running the created map in-game. To quote the DPC Kasia guide:
"Maps that are loading from the /mod/ folder have a folder icon underneath their map preview on the Play menu. By pressing this icon, you'll upload or update the map on the Workshop."
