HV Level 3 (RE2)

Description

A Hover vessel you can create when still at level 3.
Usable with Reforged Eden 2 Beta.
Upgrade to HV Level 1 (RE2)
Better version which need level 5: HV Level 5 (RE2).
It has an oxygen tank, so it is good for planets without O2.
4x Cargo Box with each having 250l => cargo with 1000l volume
The reason for the somewhat weird build is, it is thought as a base for adding/changing stuff.
You can hover over water and use your drone to mine under water.
Enough power to be driven when the chests are full with ingots.
