Ever since i played smash ultimate i wanted to give ness rolling health like his games, but i never found a mod to do it and never bothered to make my own mod for that game, but now that someones made a ness character for rivals (which i picked up instead of smash) i now have the chance to tweak that.

Changes:
* Added my color
* Changed the Psi Rock colors to my liking (to reference something only a handful of people would get)
* Re-enabled and tweaked the 'smaaaash!' effect code. (visible as a custom galaxy on fstrong, dair, and pk thunder 2 (or pk rocket if anyone still calls it that))
