• BEFORE YOU PLAY: While I was working in the middle of this guide they released a new patch adding the resource difficulty so you can play with easier way to get resources or harder, I wasn't given the option to choose a difficulty, so feel free to go with Easy or Normal, I personally haven’t tried Hard one yet. either way you will win. sadly I wont be able to show you much money/energy or authority because this new patch as I mentioned changed many things.

Wehlen's deal: okay first of all I discovered a strange glitch that ruins the deal so ill explain how to do fix it; when meeting him you have to sound like you agree with everything he says, wehzek wood/tabacoo blah blah blah, keep talking like wow! these are good deals! then after the trade menu opens, don't select any option and keep clicking "next" till you reach the last page, then go back to the first page and select the following:

Import oil only
Export Wine & Small Arms
Don't ban anyone
Promise aid against bff
Full equal rights to wehzeks

if you didn't get an upper hand reload to last checkpoint and try again, this glitch is annoying but that's one of the ways to get the upper hand.

Don't fund ATA or Su Omina

Address environment crisis: Enforce stricter regulations (-1 authority) (if you didn't get the option it might pop up later)

There will be an option to send Pales operative on the case, using authority points only, send central police under Lucita's command to Iza

Gang war erupt - order Sazon to handle

Phone call from hegel: Agree for the naval aid deal. (he wants you to cut lespias share thats a win-win deal)

• Housing for the Poor decree

Meeting with saltana: Be very respectful to her, Eat her disgusting biscuits they are very dry you wont be able to speak lol but dont worry, tell her lets do a 50-50 deal to get rid of lespia, give her the medallion at the end to make the deal sweet, and say "our greedy CEO found it..."

Talk about the naval incident
-Our stance at Aureus, backed by the Royal Navy, was a clear declaration of Rizia's resolve to protect its maritime rights.

Highlight other subjects

Address the houses

Address the armed forces
-Dear Rizian soldiers, pilots, and sailors, today you embark on a great, great conquest. A conquest that will end with the greatest triumph Rizia has ever seen.
-Your valor and sacrifice are the bedrock upon which the future of our nation rests. We owe you an immeasurable debt of gratitude.
-To our esteemed paratroopers, your bravery and swiftness are the wings upon which our hopes soar.
-I ask our Lord God to watch over you in battle. May His mercy be your shield; His wrath your sword.

Conclusion
-In the heart of every Rizian, there lies a deep-seated desire to see our nation whole, undivided by foreign claims or unjust rulings.
-This reunification is not merely a quest for land, but a reclamation of our history, our culture, deeply intertwined with these territories.

During the war planning: Select the option that saves SS valero because your whole victory is built on it + Feign attack from south then attack on north

Decrees:

Some things might not be in the right order as I mentioned in the notes page, But if you stick close to the guide you will 100% win.[/b]

Decrees:

Increase levy - tell Hugo this is necessary for the war

It is possible to win the war within one turn and don't lose a single unit

To start with the war, it is very easy, for me it took me 2 turns, you can do it with one turn or three, as you want, (have a look at the picture on how it's placed)

The North:

have 2 azaros
1 tank at the front line and back it up by 2 sazons
1 support vehicle.
Each Sazon will reinforce each Azaro with 1 support vehicle in between each other.

The South:

This is where you mostly attack.

The mountaineer can attack their tank at the mountain with one shot, use paratroops if you have to. They will try to attack that lone unit at the bottom, but ignore it, don't waste action point to save it, as long as there are rooms, it will run back to the blue dot, plus refilling itself because that is your supply line. First turn bombers have some wait time so you only use when needed, while support planes can be used every turn as long as you take over the air defense


on your first turn focus mainly on taking Ziqes city, then after that go for Arces city, if you at least got Ziqes city in the first turn then that's a good start. if you fail no problem just reload last checkpoint and try again.







Reroute trade to break Pales' blockade (use the energy)

After the successful first operation, send air support to Vendonesam (this will bring the result to a stalemate, enough to prevent GRACE reduce trade without harming your international image further)

Storm city hall when they are occupied by Malenyevists (if you didn't get this task no problem)

Remove Rico from power and give iza to Rizia Imperii

Don't grant pardon to Sazon

Visit to Rumburg: Cease OBT participation for extra Rumburg's aid but never accept BFF as mercenary. ask for extra tanks, and extra support vehicles and experimental weapons if you want.

Decrees:

• Build Oil field
  
• Build another heavy industry (anything)
  
• Naturalization to become citizen

Don't help Vendonesam war it's a lost cause

Meeting with Grand Wiseman Azmal:

serve as your own champion, ask Titus for advice, left jab, then concede at the end
Be respectful to his religion
Call upon their great warrior culture, ask for missiles, and ofc tell him about Morella.

Visit to Lespia: blackmail the drunken idiot to veto sanctions -> "I will destroy the evidence of Lespian involvement in the Zille bombing if you will do your best to block the sanctions against us." (prevent -2 budget per turn)

Subsidize industry machinery

Invest in Renewable Energy

Build the 3rd Consumer industry

Abolish HOD to get extra authority

Agree to form intermerkopum, (use your authority points only.)

Pay Smolak -3 budget to get Zille back (the gold deal, you got about 5 budget from him and backstabbed him) if he asks for your mothers mansion threaten him because you already have a high power projection, it should look like this:





If you want Smolak's to be in Intermerkopum, finish the war within a turn (I did it in one turn very easy)

Total Tranquility:

In Operation Total Tranquility the goal is to capture the enemy capital city of Pales. We'll achieve that by a naval invasion because it's the easiest path, The line forces near Arces will keep the enemy busy while our fleet will work on dismantling the enemy naval assets and making a beachhead for our marines and paratroopers on the Pales peninsula. By the end of Phase 1 either you have made a big damage to the enemy or already got pale.

You can place them like this,



During this battle if you lost your tank no worries there is still a chance to stand your ground, your war will mostly be on the sea, every attack you make with the SS valero you will assist it with the extra submarines or battleships, and of course you have now better airforce and missiles, you can use chimical weapons for the achievement if you like there is no big deal about it.

at the end it should look something similar to this:

Decrees:

Build support vehicle and fighter plane (extra power projection)
Build Bronaz Energy Storage Facility

Sordland bond investment returns (+12 budget) (if you didn't invest no problem)

In Intermerkopum negotiation, keep offering solutions to both of them Derdia (-4 Budget), Wehlen pipeline (-4), and Morella (release prisoners for -1 authority)

Meeting Queen of Rumburg: Up to you if you wanna be respectful or flip her off for the achievement (optional)

Top Guard flight school

Invest in pharmaceuticals if have good budget and authority

At this point you have successfully got Zillie Back, established a new alliance, and most importantly did your main goal take Pale by force.


After this turn you can do whatever you want. For an extra achievement build 5 sanctuaries.
