You will basically design the constitution by remaining the head of state, giving full powers to the parliament, support centralization of the government, be diplomatic with the nobility, a bicameral parliament with a house of lords with no legislative powers and judicial independence. (We need to find an agreement with the nobles to get no protests and this is an acceptable compromise)

Negotiations with Wehlen: Smolak is very impressed and he will return Zille.

Derdia and Wehlen Mediations: Support With minimal effort.

Alliance of Nations: Vote Nay to Agnolia's recognition of Helijland. (Valgsland are our friends, we want to be loyal to them)

Lunch Time: Titus will come and tell you that Sal killed your father. (arrest him)

At your moms birthday the 3 houses wont be happy with the new constitution so to avoid getting coup grant the requests they make and you should be good to go, make sure that Daria is the new PM because they dislike manus. Be very respectful in the dialogue.
