Smoother Flora Textures (Patch 1.2 DOES NOT FIX THIS)

Description
Reveals unwittingly ''hidden'' flora texture upscales. Also fixes all (hopefully) twigs and leaves that were floating in the air disconnected.

Hopefully a temporary solution, the issue was due documented and forwarded to GSC.

Cause of the problem: DXT1 (meaning simple B&W alpha channel) as input/output format for the textures nipped in the bud any possibility of correct transparency upscaling while still allowing the color channels to be handled properly.

Solution: all alpha reupscaled & injected into stock textures (saved as BC7).

The mod seems to break how flora renders far apart. Even in your comaprison pictures, if you look at the trees in the background, they're suddenly less dense. I don't think this is a good trade-off for just slightly less pixelized textures up close. You will need to edit the shader to provide different alpha cut-off values depending on mips in order to fix this.

Did you report this to GSC again?

Nice catch. This makes looking at flora notably easier on the eyes and makes MLAA even more unnecessary (it causes visual artifacts--shimmering--on moving objects, especially swaying trees or idle animations on Stalkers)

This + Native FSR at 100% sharpness and NO anti-aliasing = a nicer, stable-looking image.
