Gameplay Features: Constructing each Statue consumes 1 "Captain's Will" (limited to 3 copies upon release), and dismantling a Statue reclaims the "Captain's Will."

Construction: 1000 Workforce, 3500 Materials, 1 Captain's Will.

Raising the Temperature Level in neighbouring Districts.
Area Effect Integration: Workforce Requirement in neighbouring Districts is decreased. Crime in neighbouring Housing Districts is decreased. Disease in neighbouring Housing Districts is decreased. Materials Demand in neighbouring Districts is decreased. Temperature Level in neighbouring Districts is increased. Tension in neighbouring Housing Districts is decreased. Efficiency in neighbouring Extraction, Industrial or Food Districts is increased. Trust in neighbouring Housing Districts is increased.
