More Negative PP Passives

See, during my Extra-adventurous journey of collecting crystals, I came upon the realization that mayhaps, I may need Negative PP points, fortunately, Qiarel had made one of such mod! but only went to -50 PP points, which clearly WASNT enough for yours dearly, the Passive hoarder and collector, SO, I, the Passiv Hoarder Collector, went on to fix so by MAKING MORE Negative PP passives, from the -50 originally, to -100! So Hopefully none of you either gets stuck being unable to hoard and collect and enable more passives

@rparham685 yes it do stack, go wild, its why I made it too lol, needed more points

Only one question for this: Does it stack with the other, or should I pick one and roll with it? :)
