Been building this for a little bit. All prisoners are divided into their on sectors with necessities near by for efficiency and security. Right now making around 60k/day, have around an around 29% reoffending rate (slowly falling) and minimal deaths in custody. No riots have happened yet and only ever been 5 escapes.
