REQUIRED MODS ARE NOT REQUIRED, JUST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Changes the scripts of the Hunting Rifle to scripts for the Ruger 10/22 Takedown.
Recommended to be used with https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1915958951
Changes:

Less Recoil
Slightly more spread when moving
Magazine size: 25
Damage: 40
Faster Firerate/Cycle time: 0.15
Ammo type is SMG, so it won't gib
The Hunting Rifle is now a Tier 1 weapon, so survivor NPCs will now think it's the same value as an SMG or pump shotgun (this does not affect weapon spawns)
