Description
A koth port of itemtest that greatly expands the map.

Not meant for actual item testing.

version 5 changelog:
-added more lights to mid
-added more cover
-reduced intensity of team colored lights on the control point
-fixed minor visual issues
-added proper soundscapes
-removed the serverblight
