Description

This fellow is a placeholder model. In the quest you're supposed to kill an eurasian sniper, but the model for it (this) is clearly meant to be Europan. I couldn't decide whether to put him in the Europan pack or the upcoming Eurasian pack so I made it a separate addon.

I don't know how to fix the helmet hose to make it not deform weird when you move him

(the eurasian pack will be uploaded soon, i'm just waiting for screenshots)
