Description
The Yellow Bullet, The Fiery Frenzy, The BIG BANG YANG is HERE!

She is the first character of the Project RWBY modpack!
She comes with voice lines and references to her in universe fights within the moveset.
She is a head first counter fighter who asks questions later and bashes heads in first!
Make sure to give her guide a watch if your curious on her moveset or any of her gimmicks.

@ThatOneTerribleVA you can exchange meter for burn bar. So for example. 9 meter = 90 burn bar

Love the mod, but I did not enjoy learning the hard way that all of her counters have a 7-9 frame gap between the start of the move and the active counter window. Ate a lot of hits I thought I could counter until I realized that.
