Challenge Introduction
Welcome, This is a building template used to build your own aircraft for my Flying Carrier! This template features the dimensional box that the plane must fit in, as well as some components to attach your plane to assist with the docking process.

There are two separate options for this challenge! You can do a wing mount (on the yellow hardpoint), or you can do roof mount. The carrier will feature 4 wing hard points and 1 roof mount. I recommend that the roof mount is used for larger planes like cargo, bombers, passenger (crew change), ect. The hard points are best suited for recon planes, and fighters.

Folding the Arm
You can fold the arm with a throttle lever on the red outline. You can also fold the arm using channel 6 composite through the connector. In order to use channel 6, use a toggle boolean output on channel 6 to the connector.
This is great, because you can use a seat easily on button 6, or you can add a button onto an existing instrument panel.

Rules
Keep the plane within the size limits
XML is allowed
Please avoid OP glitches
Inf Fuel and Electric will be OFF for testing
Workshop only submissions
No Mods
Not every submission will make it into the video.

Specifications
Each hardpoint will have either a physics sensor you can pick up on whatever channel you choose, or they will have a laser beacon on a specified channel. I would recommend you focus on making the plane dock easy! Add a mechanical or logical solution, it is hard to do with skill alone, but not impossible. No infinite fuel or electricity. Please note you do not need to build a plane, anything can go on either the hardpoint mounts or the roof. The plane will need to fit in the following dimensions for the hardpoint mount. Width : 11.25M Height : 4.50M Length : 18.50M Generally speaking you will get into the cockpit from the hard point.

The roof mount does not have size constraints. Please do keep in mind engine placement on my plane...
The roof mount rails are the same width as a standard container!

The mother ship cruises at speeds from 100 Knots to 270 knots

this is the point of which i agree and hoped i'd get you to explain to others because the best things take time so at least for me i don't need some stupid time goal i want the end product when its perfect ready and 40 years from now or whatever it takes no rush just quality over quantity we aren't the galactic empire with their storm troopers

I got 3k hours and have not once played career, truely I am building stuff for the community, please let me cook, knowing I will at least finish what builds I start.

I don’t mean to offend yall it’s just like I build these things FOR the community please do not rush me. I am a busy person IRL. If I had all the time in the world I would be able to answer this but life gets in the way, and people are only going to get upset if I give a date and cannot adhere to it, so I will not give a date.

also i had a massive speech but appearntly only 1000 characters so sorry i couldn't really do detailed stuff here but all we have to do is wait for it to happen its not our call when it comes out its his creation that he is willing to share when its ready the projects he does probably take months of his time just making them work so be happy that he even is willing to share these stop asking just wait it will come when its ready

and to continue the point it isn't our time that goes into these creations its his he has to make logic work however difficult that may be he has to make it fly despite its size he has to take time out of his day to build this thing and knowing him its going to be detailed too so just wait for it to happen it will come when its ready

completely understandable good sir i will ask no longer good luck on the build i know that it will take the time it will take kinda just asked the question to allow you to prove the point i know even if it takes months it will be as good as the rest of your creations

And if I ignore the others what makes you different. None of you understand that I’m not going to answer the question for my own sake. You all want to know that just puts pressure on me. I have a life and it is not stormworks, you call can build one yourself or wait.

i know many have asked but do you have a new rough timeline for when it may be ready give or take a few i understand perfection is never to be rushed but if you have a prediction of a possibility of time of release it would be nice to hear it if at all possible
really am excited for it though all your builds are awesome and some are really fun to sink
