Mushroom Farm Upgrade - Infectious Mushroom

Description
Adds two new upgrades for the mushroom farm which periodically spreads spores to nearby free tiles.

- does not spawn mushrooms on resource tiles
- somewhat random tile selection, but prefers tiles that are farther away and lower

This sounds like an excellent supplement item for the base game.

@RigellooStarz: Mushrooms give a temporary buff that improves your movement speed and mining strength. The mushroom farm generates like 1 spore about each cycle, which you can take into the mine and throw at any tile, making the tile spawn mushrooms over time. This upgrade will make those tiles spread more spores to nearby tiles, so you basically get free mushroom tiles in the mine without having to wait for the spores to generate in your base and then bringing them down into the mines.
