Pokemon Go-Fish

Adapted from a game I learned at Louisville Pkmn regionals 2025.

---RULES---
OBJECTIVE
The objective is to make as many pairs as possible.
You may make pairs during setup, and at the beginning or end of your turn.
1-pair = 1pt, 4-of-a-kind = 3pts.

TURN ACTION
During your turn you get 1 turn action:
-Ask a player if they have a card (ie "Do you have Bug Catcher?"), if they do they give it, if not, you draw a card. Like normal go fish.
-Play a card from your hand and do what it says. You cannot play pokemon, stadiums, or energy in this way.

GAINED TURN ACTIONS
Once a Stadium (Scorched earth) or a Pokemon (Mew ex) enters in play as a pair, more actions open up. Using these is your turn action.
-Use a stadium in play (if anyone owns it as a pair)
-Use a pokemon in play (you must own it as a pair)

OTHER RULES
All cards played and discarded go to the bottom of the deck in the way the user chooses. Discarded cards are always revealed.
If a card is asked for and taken without making a pair from it, it's locked from others taking it until its that players turn again.

CARD SPECIFIC RULES
Underground Expedition
-Use Right Click>Cut with the RIGHT number being 4 to look at the bottom 4.
Pokenav
-Use Right Click>Search>3 to reorder the top 3. If you choose to find a Pokemon or Energy, it's revealed. You can choose to fail to find on the search.
Psychic's Third Eye & Sabrina's Suggestion
-Reveal cards only to the person using it.
-Declare the card being used from Sabrina's. Don't discard the card being copied.
Mars, Psychic's, Roller Skater, Shoes, Bike
-Discarded cards are revealed, and put on bottom in any order.

The 'G' hotkey is very useful for gathering cards together.
If building this list irl, i recommend Oranguru with Instruct over Mew ex for less cost. Bug catcher is also playable over Dan but only if you hate fun.
