Description
This improves standard shelves, chests and wardrobes.

Changes
- Shelves can store more item types: Stimulants, Apparel, Armor, Manufactured and Misc.
- Chests capacity increased to 4, but cannot store weapons or shields.
- Wardrobe capacity increased to 10.
