New Big Update of Biddyn map, especially Art but also many tweaks to provinces connections, attributes for better gameplay-balance. Hope you'll enjoy!

It might be a good idea to make sailing max distance = 1 or change around the start locations. Sailing nations can cross between 20 and 90 and turn 1 attack someone's capital.
