Standalone Compatibility Patch for Millennium Dawn New Companies and Ebby Tweaks MD

Due to my limited coding knowledge, for now you cant have Ebby tweaks installed with this mod so its now a standalone version with Ebby Tweaks base files and changes made to work with New companies expanded

Current Changes:
- Makes raids compatible with new companies expanded and Ebby Tweaks

- Fixes crashing with resistance modifiers when state is uncored
