Isaac is a fanboy for the world...

Mod adds

changes to isaac sprite and tainted isaacs
changes to the pause item and glowing hourglass
changes to doodles and co op icons
(All of these changes just being retextures)

This is the first reported bug of this happening and the only code added to the mod was for the costumes to fit cuz the world head is big. It might be other mods, u can add me on discord (user: nouser723) and u send screenshots so it would be easier to fix/understand
