Kalergi Flag for European Union

This mod replaces the Non-Aligned flags for the European President and the European Union with the flag proposed by Count Richard von Coudenhave-Kalergi for his original vision of the Paneuropean Union in 1923. Given Coudenhave-Kalergi's background as a member of the Austro-Hungarian nobility and Otto von Habsbug's historical support for the Paneuropean Union, I figured it would make sense to replace the ahistorical Non-Aligned flags for the EU with these designs. This mod should be Ironman-compatible. Enjoy!
