Add a new gene "Pure-blooded".
When parents belong to any kinship, there is a 10% (adjustable) probability of obtaining pure-blooded gene.

Pure-blooded factors:
- Global learning factor x125%
- Fertility x125%
- Immunity gain speed x125%
- Each pure-blooded gene will reduce the probability of inbred by 50%

Add a new precept "Consanguinity" (Requires Ideology DLC)
When this precept is active, the success chance of try romance to a close relative multiplied by 300%, also replaces the default -30 opinion for incest to +10.
