Description
Welcome to Loot Bags Extended now revamped, debugged, and more configurable than ever!

What’s changed?

🐛 We’ve squashed multiple bugs (including that pesky StackOverflow crash) for a rock-solid experience.
⚙️ Drop chances are now adjustable down to 0.01 % (instead of the old 1.0 % minimum), so you have precise control from absurdly rare to guaranteed.
🛠️ The entire loot‐and‐code framework has been reworked for Terraria 1.4, with clear tier logic and no more unintended drops.
🌐 Config values are loaded correctly at runtime, and tooltips reflect the full 0.01 %–100 % range in your Mod Config UI.

How it works:

Five tiers of loot bags drop based on your world progress:

1. Tier 1 – Early game (pre-Skeletron)
2. Tier 2 – Post-Skeletron
3. Tier 3 – Post-Wall of Flesh
4. Tier 4 – Post-Plantera
5. Tier 5 – Post-Moon Lord

Each bag’s drop chance can be set anywhere between 0.01 % and 100 %.

0.01 % → super rare “needle in a haystack” drops.
100 % → guaranteed drop whenever its tier condition is met (as long as the NPC isn’t a critter/statue spawn).

We still enforce “NotCheese” conditions:

- No drops from statue-spawned enemies.
- No drops from critters or NPCs with very low lifeMax.
- If a boss isn’t defeated yet, lower tiers apply; once you beat a boss, higher tiers take over.

Why you’ll love it:
1. Precision control. Want a 0.05 % chance? Done. A full 50 %? Easy.
2. Stable Pokémon-styling. No more endless loops or hard crashes—loot bags behave exactly as intended.
4. Easy setup. Jump into Mod Config, type any number from 0.01 to 100, hit save, and you’re good to go—no guesswork, no sliders messing you up.

To test, I went into a new world with my existing character and killed Skeletron, and bag 2 still doesn't drop in that new world.

I'd rather not make a new character to test, because that would be more work.

I killed Skeletron and I'm still seeing bag 1 drops, no bag 2 are dropping.

I even set bag 1 to 0% and bag 2 to 100% but it didn't start dropping.
