[B42] Tourette Syndrome

Description
Tourette Syndrome (Trait Mod)

Adds a new negative trait: Tourette Syndrome.

Your survivor occasionally blurts out random words or shouts — involuntarily. These tics can range from harmless muttering to full-volume profanity-laced outbursts, potentially attracting nearby zombies.

Whether it’s a quiet "ugh… brains…" or a loud "F#%! off!", you never know what might come out — or when.

Features

• Negative trait available in character creation
• Tics occur randomly over time
• Loud tics make noise and attract zombies
• Fully customizable via Sandbox options:
  • Chance per minute
  • Min & max radius of sound
  • Threshold for what counts as a “shout”
  • Optional profanity filter
• Translatable phrases

adding a stumble tic would be mega realistic. if you could code it to only happen when standing for "x" time you could avoid annoying combat deaths.
