Description
When upgrading a unit, all promotions are available. The UI isn't pretty, the word "Promotion" overlaps the "Force March" option. But everything works. The available promotions is set to 20, which I believe covers everything.

Easy to mod yourself, just open the only xml file this mod contains, then change the "20".

Inspired by the mod "More Available Promotions", this mod just adds all the promotions.

This mod is included in the larger "Balance Change Mod"
