Proper vanilla scopes - COP

Previously, this was a fix for stretched textures. Since the developers have fixed this issue, the mod now simply aims to eliminate numerous inaccuracies with the crosshairs.

I manually redrew all the scope textures, correcting them and trying to stay as close to the original as possible. Criticism and comments are welcome.

Excellent work! Do you think you could make a 16:10 version for us golden ratio enjoyers? I'm using the 16:9 version and it looks just a bit stretched vertically.
