Description
Which chesspiece shall reward you ?

Dark Sword and Night Armor no more ! Tier 3 Shadow Pieces now drop exclusive, terrrrifying objects... as they were originally intended to !

Use their abilities wisely, or descend into madness with them :



Tenebrous Reach (Knight)
Strike death into enemy lines with this long, swift lance :
  • 68 melee damage, 200 durability, increased range but slower attack speed

  • Shadow Strike :
    Lunge forward and deal +34 extra damage for each new target hit on the way
    Behaves as a teleport 2 tiles ahead
    2 seconds cooldown, uses half durability during lunge.

  • Grants +50% movement speed post-strike, decreasing over 4 seconds
  • -10 sanity/min when equipped, and -2.5 sanity on lunge


Nocturne Bat (Bishop)
Summon a swarm to harass foes and empower the weapon attacks :
  • 25.5 melee damage, 80 durability

  • Shadow Bat Swarm :
    Every 10 seconds, melee attack becomes a ranged shadow bat swarm, chasing its target and dealing damage regularly around for the cooldown duration

    Attacking enemies within the swarm doubles the weapon melee damage, and prevents durability loss.

  • -10 sanity/min when equipped, -5 sanity on summon
    Shadow bats have a strong insanity aura


Revenant Helm (Rook)
Vanish into the shadows, and return with a monstrous snap :
  • 75% damage absorption, 725 armor durability

  • Shadow Snap :
    Use the helmet to warp away for a maximum of 2 seconds
    If chosen so, erupt back within 3 tiles to perform a 306 damage bite AoE around you
    5 seconds cooldown, uses 2% of armor from warping, biting or not.

  • Ability can be interrupted by attackers until warp is completed
  • -10 sanity/min when equipped, -10 sanity from warping


Perform combos !
Shadow Pieces are fought together... so their loot also comes with situational bonuses when used together ! Get dancing with these moves to make the the most out of your arsenal :

Tenebrous Reach :
- Swarm chasing speed is doubled for the duration of the post Shadow Strike speedboost
- Increase Shadow Snap cast-range by 3 tiles and refresh Shadow Strike speedboost
Nocturne Bat :
- Enemies hit with a Shadow Strike within the swarm uses twice less durability
- Landing a Shadow Snap within the swarm halves the helm durability loss during its cooldown
Revenant Helm :
- While on cooldown, the Shadow Strike ability deals 34 more damage
- Outside of cooldown, bat swarm size and range grows by 33%


(Most stats and boss loot are configurable !)


For Next Updates :
  • We plan on adding 'Possessed' version of these items post-shadow-rift, allowing to refresh their durability, and improve their abilities altogether.

Okay it's probably fixed now ? Sorry but I can't test these crash because they're caused by locale language change I don't typically change them on my side.
