Probe Upgrade - Instant Charge

Description
Adds a new upgrade for the probe which will instantly recharge the gadget when using the probe station instead of being unable to move while the animation is playing.

It's nothing special but can save a couple of precious seconds each time.

Special Thanks to Kamikaze, Cakeyeater and Ste who helped me create this mod.

@Quetsle: Isn't the supplement also able to generate charges while in the mine? Maybe I should also slightly increase the costs of this upgrade.

i like it but it makes the probe supplement (no need for recharge station) kind of useless
