Fixes Female Common Infected Head Wound Bug

This mod fixes a bug affecting female Common Infected where multiple head wounds could trigger simultaneously. This caused their heads to appear messy and inconsistent, often resulting in floating chunks of flesh and bone. The bug occurred almost 100% of the time when shooting their heads at close range with a shotgun.

Note:
If you are using a custom Common Infected model that disables wound effects via its damagecutout file, you do NOT need this fix (since you won't see the wounds anyway).

Works on local servers.
Only the server host needs to install it for the fix to work for all players.
