Buttlicker Isaac Reskin

Description
This mod changes the sprite of Isaac to be similar to a Buttlicker monster.
REP+ / Repentance+ and REP / Repentance

Based off of this "Freaky Isaac" image by u/ItzBingus

Isaac may look different when picking up a face-changing item as I did not want to change 100+ costume sprites for a oneoff bit, sorry. If you want Isaac to stay at his peak form, you can use a mod that allows you to toggle cosmetics or remove costumes!
