We all love this silly little dragon, at first i didnt like the spritework but the goofiness of it has grown on me, but i cant let this little oversized lizard come up short so often in our FFAs so i decided to give him some buffs. I mostly tried to keep him in line with how he is in smash but for some reason rivals doesn't have damage based armor? so i used knockback based armor instead, i did a lot of testing but its kinda hard to test something like this, so i just made a big number and hoped that it wasn't too much, and if it is too much, ill just say he needs it.

Changes:
+ Bair increased knockback scaling on tipper 0.8 -> 1.0
+ Fspecial increased damage 15 -> 18
- Fspecial increased hitpause 10 -> 20
- Fspecial increased hitpause scaling 1 -> 2
+ Fspecial now has percent armor (150kb) from frames 23 to 51 (during the dash)
+ Increased weight 0.9 -> 0.8
