What's there to say? A custom-edited mix between the Remastered Bill skin by Spicy_Jam and the War-Dog Bill reskin by Descarado, fully reskinned with the War-Dog's clothes along with the accessories and the army patches on each sleeve from the Remastered skin. Also comes with custom UI/VGUI Icons except for the In-Game panel/portrait icon, but you can subscribe to "Mildly More Consistent Bill Icon" from whymehere to complement it if you want. Also needless to say that being a reskin it also applies to the death pose model for The Passing.
