Krusty Burger Restaurant

Per Minnie Mouse's approval and as suggested by Zack_FrOz3n, I've ported the Krusty Burger sign from-
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3302525856
-and used it to replace the Burger Tank sign in both the always-on model that appears in No Mercy and the toggle-on model that appears in Hard Rain.
The menus have also been replaced with Krusty Burger-specific items (food not vetted by the FDA for human or animal consumption).
