South Korea Marines - Vietnam War

This is a small infantry faction made using SOG Prairie Fire, Laffing Lizard in the Bush and S&S assets. I really wanted to utilise the excellent frog and duck hunter camouflage from Laffing Lizard to depict the South Korean marines more accurately than in my other South Korea faction (which you can find on my content page) which just uses the Beo Gam from S&S. The Laffing Lizard retextures of S&S assets have different shades of duck hunter and frog that add a bit more variety to the fatigues here. I have tried to base the faction addon on research but in the end went a bit off piste making some recon scouts as well (I presumed the Korean military had these in Vietnam as per their US counterparts; feel free to correct me though). Where the units are based on research i have used several Osprey Miltary books depicting South Korean marines. However i have added certain 'fantasy' elements to make use of some of the cool S&S Equipment & Accessories and Laffing Lizard uniforms!

I have given the South Korean units Chinese voices to allow for better immersion when in firefights - sorry to anyone Korean.

I used ALIVE's ORBAT creator to make the factions so you cannot override the units' loadouts unlesss you have ALIVE loaded. I don't know how to get around this i'm afraid. You can still add items and change gear once the mission starts through Arsenal/boxes etc.

There are also some 'unarmed' units for, perhaps, artwork/immersion purposes
