Layout Collection

Description
Press "Interact" (Defaults: Keyboard - O, Gamepad - X) on the "Floorplan" slot of the planning board to activate.

Displays various "collections" of layouts:
- History: 100 most recently played. Added upon creating new restaurant.
- Clipboard: Reads seeds from the clipboard. Splits the text by new lines and pipe character ("|") to look for valid seeds in the text.

I also intend to release a favorites list sometime, allowing players to mark seeds they personally like, but will need some time to work out the UX aspects :)

A delete function might also be good, if it turns out that a layout you tried wasn't good at all. It would be good to not have your layout collection clogged up with BAD layouts.

For example, with the North Pole layouts, you can't tell until you start them which way the conveyors are going and which huts are connected. So a layout that looks good in prep phase might turn out to be awful in person.
