Amy Rose Plushie Stand

Adds a new plushie stand to the museum Gift Shop. Stock depletes as visitors purchase the plushie.

Inspired by the Pre-Order bundle pack.

Please note: This item uses the standard (pre-history) plushie stand as a base. Currently it's prices are set with the pre-history plushie prices.

I've not yet worked out how to either move them to general, or give them their own pricing

Can we get Amy and Knuckles outfits for staff? There are only 3 Sonic based ones even though there are 4 types of staff.
