for anyone it doesn't work for search for the main mod on vortex and in the files there should be an optional file for visors down and voila! it works now :steamhappy:

Its not working for me? do i need to just subscribe (i have the main mod subscribed as well) or is there something else i need to do? Also im not using vortex.

I've been trying to get the mod to work, but it doesn't seem to want to. I've dragged the pak file to the data folder, made a folder with the pak file in it in the mod folder, I unsubbed and resubbed about 20 times too! It just won't work.

Hi love love love your mods! but i can't seem to get this exact one to work. helmets still flip the visor up in cutscenes and conversations, tried every single helmet from the mod just in case.

Great! Just in case, check that the 'mod_order.txt' file is no longer in the game's mods folder, as I think it stays even after disabling the Vortex extension.
But if you want to keep using Vortex you can, you just need to refresh the list for it to work.

ok i disabled vortex extension for kcd2 and it worked that way

If you use Vortex from Nexus Mods, you need to launch it after installing a mod from Steam Workshop or manually. This is because Vortex creates a 'mod_order.txt' file, and mods not installed through Vortex won’t appear in this list unless you launch Vortex afterward to update it.
