Regional Conference Realignment

I'm Edisphere and this is my first mod. I started this with the goal of making conferences very regional. So I split 180 teams into 10 conferences based on region. Due to geography issues, the lowest ranking conference is kind of a mish mash between Service Academies, part of the Midwest and far flung parts of the country like San Diego. I borrowed heavily from existing mods such as JeffMod and Beautiful CFB for images and formatting. I also know some of the images involved are of lower quality like Florida A&M, but for the time being I think its tolerable. Let me know if you have any feedback.
