En Unión y Libertad+ | A Latin American Expansion Mod is a mod that is intended to bring Latin America to light in the game. Having been overlooked ever since its release, Latin America as a whole has been completely ignored, put to the side for everyone to forget. This mod is intended to make that happen, where the player gets to take control of Latin American countries with the level of detail as that of majors in the game. The end goal of the mod is to be a DLC-sized mod that makes Latin America as a whole unique and have a stance in the global stage.

En Unión y Libertad+ | A Latin American Expansion Mod es un mod cuyo gol es sacar a la luz a Latinoamerica en el juego. Habiendo sido ignorado desde su lanzamiento, Latinoamerica siempre tuvo mucho más potencial en el juego e incluso puede ser una region muy divertida para jugar. Este mod está pensado para hacer que eso suceda, donde el jugador consigue tomar el control de una Latinoamerica con el nivel de detalle como el de los grandes en el juego.
