Though do note that north will have an undisputed advantage cuz they'ren't filled up yet. Consider this map, ugh... like an Italian diaspora? Its' claims? I don't know.

Upd 1: Diversity in Borders!
Made the scenario presentable by adding more than 2 states per nation. We should have a nation for every isle now. Also, there's a straight(might be gay?) line of capitals running across the worlds' boundries. Even I can't get through...
