Description
The seven members of Class EM2, later known as Class 77, were built to work express trains over the Woodhead route, and were capable of speeds of up to 75 miles per hour. In this scenario, you will be taking the controls of one on an express passenger train bound for Manchester. As the scenario begins, you are currently awaiting clearance to depart, so once boarding is complete and the signal clears you can begin your run. You will have only one intermediate stop at Penistone. Duration: 60 minutes.

DLC Requirements:
Woodhead Route (1950s)
Western Lines of Scotland
Class 303 (standing in for Class 506 units)
Class 77 Locomotive Pack

@chris I can imagine these sudden changes were part and parcel of rail operations in the region (though as of yet there is no way to simulate rail replacement bus services!).

Another enjoyable trip over the Pennines. I like the emergency changes to the plan - adds a bit of variety and realism. More leisurely trip than the last one thank you HS. Excellent series. Kind Regards. Chris

@pjohnandlyns Excellent. An alternate version of this scenario with the 77 in a more period-accurate livery (no yellow front) will be released at a later date.
