Foreword
Making Procedural bones used to be a hassle.
Up until someone made a blender addon, to make it easier.
But now even that addon is outdated, as a new, even better addon was made.

In a nutshell, all you have to do is:
  1. Record base pose as trigger (3 button clicks)
  2. Pose Control and Target bones, recording every pose as new trigger
  3. Press a button to get the entire VRD file made for you.

The only thing you need is Jakobg1215's blender addon, which can be found on his github page.

Guide
I've made the entire guide a video, to make it easier.

Closing words
Well that was easy, wasn't it?

If you have any technical issues with the addon, report them in Github.[github.com]
I do not know how the code of the addon works, so any and all technical questions or issues regarding the addon itself can not be answered by me.
