Regionless Replenishment

This mod adds unit replenishment in foreign territory to the "Regionless Faction" modifier. Makes playing like a nomad more viable. This should be compatible with any other mods, but try moving it up/ down in the load order if it doesn't seem to take effect. Also be sure to use the Bugfix mod or else the modifier won't be applied in the first place (thanks CA), which you can find here:
