Causes rats with pistols to spawn naturally
Thats it
they'll shoot anything nearby at random

This was made because JerryTheCultist thought they taped a gun to a rat when we were all watching Appleseed

Forgot I had this installed and enabled, got into playing, went "huh why does one of my hunters have a gunshot wound, what went wrong -- OH GOD"

Updated, additionally, tamed rats will not longer shoot their allies
intentionally.

at first i thought this was a skaven mod instead it is somehow better
