This project seeks to completely overhaul all flags, shields, and banners to all factions in the game to make them more pleasing to look at and - more importantly - more lore-accurate.

The mod provides updated faction banners, battle banners, and symbols for the following mods:

- Immortal Empires Expanded (updated 27/9-2025)
- SCM's LCCP Extra Lords for IEE

- The Old World (Empire, Bretonnia, Dark Elves, Warriors of Chaos, Southern Realms added so far)

- Mixu's Legendary Lords

- Mixu's Mousillon

I am now working on adding better looking battle banners to the mod including some faction-specific banners.

Q: Is this mod compatible with SFO?
A: Yes.

Q: Is this mod compatible with X mod?
A: So long as the mod doesn't change faction banners and symbols it should work with most mods. Just be sure to place this mod IN THE TOP OF THE MOD LOAD ORDER. This mod is purely cosmetic and does not change any game mechanics, so there is no risk of getting in the way of other mods by placing it high up in the loading order.

Q: Is this mod save game-compatible?
A: Yes.

Q: Will you be adding factions from mods such as "The Old World"?
A: Evenually, yes. The demand for such additions has been absolutely overwhelming, so I plan on doing submods for those mods in the near future.

Thank you for the responses man no worries, still not expecting you to redo the whole mod or do a submod just for TWM as that was not the point of my post this is just a "PSA", still I use your mod for my other campaigns as it just makes the factions look better than vanilla.

Sorry if I came across a bit dismissive earlier... Long day... :) I have looked into it and the problem is that the TWM mod radically changes the Empire entries in the factions_tables database, which means that any mod that changes that specific entry won't work with the TWM mod.

Releasing an entire submod to accomodate for this would be a bit excessive as it would mean that I would have to release this entire mod twice with only one single file removed or edited. Instead I think it would be much better if the creator of the TWM mod simply changed it so that the Empire factions were 'new' factions that replace the standard Empire factions instead of using the vanilla entries.

Alternatively, you can open my mod locally yourself using RPFM and delete the factions_tables file. Just be aware that this will change the colours of ALL factions in the game back to their (incorrect) vanilla colours.

If its above the flags work but the problem persists,if its below the flags dont work still the problem still exist, which is a shame cause I think your flags suit the Vanilla and the TWM vibe better.

I expect it has to do with the factions_tables entry. Does the problem persist if you put the TWM mod below this one in the load order?

@RobinHat, I forgot to post a comment on the TWM page thanks for reminding me bro.

I just wanted to let you and other players know that even though its a cosmetic mod it's weird that it affects recruitment.

So if other players are experiencing the recruitment problem on not just TWM but on other unit or overhaul mods and like me with 300+ mods didn't expect a mod overhauling flags to cause a recruitment problem, and so this is to let others know to test if this mod is the one causing it.

PS this is not a complaint this is just a "PSA".

@LOLOlex, Well this mod doesn't claim to be a submod for TWM, so I'm not really sure what you want me to do about it.

Did you comment on the TWM mod's page as well?

After many many hours of turning on and off mods I found out that TWM and this mod is incompatible, the effect is that you can't recruit any units.
