Tractor Wreck Restoration

Description
This simple mod add restorable wreck of Tractor by TheRealCaptRex.

Since it uses Vanilla Vehicles Extended mod - it also now required car parts and requires research from Vanilla Vehicles Extended.

Wrecks was added to Vehicles Wrecks Expanded - Dungeons.

Also thanks TheRealCaptRex for this very interesting vehicle.

@HentaiHamster it works, just spam you some console errors a few times. Pretty much the same was in 1.5 if you dont have mods installed that patch requires.

does the tractor work on 1.6? I didnt see it update yet and was gonna try it out, but havent gotten around to it yet.
