Shuttle Wreck Restoration

Description
This simple patch will allow you to restore crushed suttles now.

It adds to a base game shuttle wrecks possibility to restore shuttle.

Compatible with Vanilla Texture Expanded.

@VelxraTV I`ll look at that, when i will update dungeon mod for anncients content. That mod in my list anyway. But i doubt it happens before 1.6 release.
