I am sorry but I cannot upload it to ATS steam workshop because I don't own the game.
But you can still add the mod to the file not via steam workshop.

Please copy the link itself and paste it in the browser. I don't know why but it is not accessible through clicking in steam.

Following are the steps to put the mod in the folder.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you didn't change the folder path, it should be locate in
C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Documents\American Truck Simulator\mod

If the mod doesn't work, please try to un-zip the file, and zip the material folder only.
Remember to rename the zipped file and put it in the above path.
