Project Neon is a AI suit who wielder is just an average ragdoll but now holds great power and with the power comes getting put through life threating situations but he has a cool suit so its worth it I guess

(P.S. this item doesn't do anything cool the suit is purely cosmetic maybe when i get better at making characters i'll consider upgrading this guy)
