Planet View Lag Fix for Better Planet View

Tested in 4.0.10

This version of the mod requires Better Planet View which you can find - here
This mod removes the Portraits from the Management portion of the Planet UI as the existence of these portraits causes extreme lag on my system. This doesn't remove all of the lag but for me it is a significant amount of it.

Compatibility
Will NOT work correctly with other mods that modify the Planet Interface as they modify the same file.
Im taking requests for versions of this for other mods just leave a comment with a link to the mod please.

Regarding BPV Compatibility:
The current version of BPV no longer makes excessive modifications to planet_view.gui. Only its prerequisite mod, Better Planet View, directly alters this file.
All other slot-expanding mods now only adjust numerical values/data (no GUI edits).

Thanks for letting me know. ima do some testing then aswell and let you know how it went.

@Nick127 I believe this patch actually should work fine with the versions of BPV that do not add more zones, those will need their own patch.
I tested with the one you linked and everything appears to be working.

@Nick127 Yeah i can make one its no bother.
You need to run the patch that directly matches your load order
so if you have UI Overhaul and BPV you need the BPV version
if youre using one of BPVs More Building Slot addons youll need the version of this patch specific to that addon
My mods are also setup so it shouldnt matter where you put them in the load order but your list there is accurate to what the load order should be.

Also im using Both UI Overhaul (specificly Agress0r's UI which hat UI Overhault integrated)
and Better planet view. do i need to run Both UI and BPV versions together? not quite sure because of the wording in Compatibility
